Just to clarify:  Teams are not choosing between the event cards, both are active for this round.  The choice for this round is how many matches you would like to use for Telepathic Gambit.  And yes, 0 is an option.

I would argue, the error is not in the art (image) but in the name! The actual mechanism has very little to do with telepathy, it would have been much more appropriate to call it precognition, and then the  :time in the art is perfectly fitting  :P
