WAR 4 ROUND 8

Deckbuilding Phase Battle phase has started! Teams have to build decks for all players who are fighting during this round. Decks are to be added to the Vault Google doc. Team Strategist works with the doc but all team members participate in the planning. Please do not post your decks in public or talk about them in chat. All decks must be made ready before the timer goes to zero, after which editing deck post is strictly forbidden. Failure to have all the decks ready will lead to a severe card penalty, and/or automatic losses. It is highly recommended that all team members double-check their decks before the duels start. Battle Phase Round has ended Battle phase starts when Deckbuilding phase ends. PM your opponent and try to find a time that suits you both. Time Zone Converter (http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html) might be useful here. If you cannot find a time when you are both are online, please contact Warmasters (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=2694,3167) kevkev60614 and/or ddevans96 immediately. If the match doesn't happen you both lose by default unless one of you is clearly more active and/or flexible. Duels are "best-of-five", you must use the deck and mark built during the previous phase, and you cannot make any changes to your deck or mark during the round. Please make sure you record your duels correctly as follows: (Aether) Lt. playername 3 - (Air) (Sub) Gen. playername 0 Event Card Too often we focus on the past.  The feeling of victory coursing through veins, the icy claw of defeat, and those comrades who have fallen in battle before our eyes.  Too often we focus on the present.  The seemingly endless cycle of killing and then preparing to die. But not today.  The Final Battle looms before us.  It looks different than it has in the past but there’s no mistaking it.  And it’s time to prepare. Not everyone has this vision.  Some among us are newer and can’t see the dark, deep crescendo rising on the horizon.  They eye that horizon with fear of the unknown, and those who know what’s coming know it’s better to fear the unknown than see the truth.  It’s the General’s duty to address the troops and attempt to walk the tightrope.  Keep the fear from consuming our warriors, but let them know this… The end is coming.  Three more rounds of battle.  Glory to one team. The General emerges from the War tent amidst an army of expectant eyes, walks to the podium, and address his troops... General must choose one of the following speeches to motivate the troops, and PM this choice to one of the Warmasters. All choices will be made public when the Battle Phase begins. Card that the team chose, applies to all the members of that team. The cards they did not choose, have no effect on that team. The first card applies only to the conversions you make during this deckbuilding phase.Mono-decks are defined by the forum definition.
