It has been 5 years since the great War.  As the Grandmaster changed the world changed, and became a tumultuous place reigned by Fire.  An uneasy “peace” broke out wherein the world recognized Fire’s dominance and the fighting paused but nobody ever used the word “stopped.”  For elementals, “peace” is just a word used to describe the time between Wars used to amass our power and troops, the time before our rise to power. The nature of Fire is change, and the nature of Fire just suddenly changed.  This is the moment all elementals have been waiting for, and not a moment was wasted before action was taken. “Fire has weakened.  Now is our time.  Send the scouts…”  it’s as if the phrase echoed a dozen times. Event Card: Two teammates are seeded against other Scouts. Winners view 3 random cards from the loser's Vault. -Players listed as #7 and #8 in Member Roles are your Scouts. -No other battles are fought this round. -Salvaging and discarding occur as usual. - Winners view 3 random cards (and amounts) from the loser's Vault. Deckbuilding: Duel phase has started Teams have to build decks for all players who are fighting during this round. Decks are to be added to the Vault Google doc. Team Strategist works with the doc but all team members participate in the planning. Please do not post your decks in public or talk about them in chat. All decks must be made ready before the timer goes to zero, after which editing deck post is strictly forbidden. Failure to have all the decks ready will lead to a severe card penalty, and/or automatic losses. It is highly recommended that all team members double-check their decks before the duels start. Duels: Round has ended Duel phase starts when deckbuilding ends. PM your opponent and try to find a time that suits you both. Cool event card. It prolongs things, which can be debated if it's enjoyable, but it's certainly different.

We're currently planning to roll with the battles as posted here. So it's Acs and Daguerreo playing matches this round.
