Congratulations to all 12 teams for completing Propaganda and earning 12 additional cards each!

Vote on which team created the best Propaganda here (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,32080.0.html)!  The top two teams receive a vault boost just before Round 1 deckbuilding begins.

War: Underworld registration is complete and brackets have been created here (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,32078.0.html).  The top eight players from the tournament will form the 13th War team, Team Underworld. The winner of the tournament will receive the award icon of "King of Underworld" and will become the General of Team Underworld.

War Betting (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,32248.0.html) started with the first Round of War.   Guess the winners of each matchup for a chance to win great prizes!

Congratulations to Rember, TStar, furballn, AngelMusti, glopso, Malignant, Dm1321, and Cereal Guy on their success in the War: Underworld tournament.  The tourney will continue until the King of the Underworld is crowned but those eight will form Team Underworld and join the War shortly.

Rule 7.2 added:

7.2. BACKROOM DEALS AND SHARING OF INFORMATION
Conspiring with another team in any way is forbidden.  Even discussing information that is already public ruins the spirit of the event and makes everything less fun for everybody.

Vault Google doc use clarification:  Please ensure the order of decks in the Deck Compliance tab matches the Member Order thread.

War is being fully postponed for 24 hours, due to finding vault issues and to verify if there are any more.

The one match ongoing is to be completed; no other matches are to be started and no edits are to be made to vaults, unless very specific permission is given by a WM.
