Pardon me, but if the round info was posted 4 hours ago, wouldn't it make more sense that the 3 days begins from there? Seeing about 12 hours gone when you haven't even seen the event card is a bit troubling.

So in the 2 day downtime you did nothing? no planning or resolution for certain foes should they come up or what you will salvage or anything?

Definitely some plans can be made, but many things hinge on things like the event card and which matches are being played. In all honesty I was expecting the round 8 thread to be posted at the same time as usual, just on a different day, that's all. I wasn't trying to come off as stalling for extra time, sorry about that.

It's getting to be that a higher proportion of remaining decks are of gens and lts

I know I didn't, but 2 days for 4 decks is plenty.

This is a decent event card.  Too bad for they are out of the War, this card seems tailored for splashy elements like them.

Looks like will have 70 cards next round, so a loss won't be devastating (although a win would result in fielding two decks from 76 cards).

Planning or resolution for foes which may or may not be eliminated next round?  [sarcasm]And I'm sure we were able to plan for what would happen during this round based on the extremely helpful and enlightening details you gave us concerning those "issues".[/sarcasm]  It's a little difficult to plan for things which may just vanish in the blink of an eye that you're unaware of, just FYI.

We have been dealing with this situation regardless, but at least have the decency to give us a little credit here and not act as if we're lazy idiots; it just seems a bit illogical.
We'll strike with full force regardless.
