	WAR #3 - ROUND 16 Read the War Rules (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,13006.0.html) Contact Warmasters (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=293,3167) News: There will be 1 pairings this round covering 2 days of deckbuilding and 2 days of dueling. Discard for losing this round is 30. Entropy has been Eliminated in Third Place. It has been brought to my attention I told Team Fire they would receive full salvage and not half (negotiated) salvage for Napalm been present before her match. I cannot go back on that word now so it will be done.
Event Card: Merchant's Hour: Each team receives its choice of bonus cards whose total quanta cost is exactly 9. No zero-cost cards allowed. -Should use the cost of the unupgraded version.	Deckbuilding: Duel phase has started Teams have to build decks for all players who are fighting during this round. Decks are to be posted on the secret team section. Team Deckbuilder starts the topic, and all team members participate in the planning. Please do not post your decks in public or talk about them in chat. All decks must be made ready before the timer goes to zero, after which editing deck post is strictly forbidden. Failure to have all the decks ready will lead to a severe card penalty, and/or automatic losses. It is highly recommended that all team members double-check their decks before the duels start. Duels: Round has ended Duel phase starts when deckbuilding ends. PM your opponent and try to find a time that suits you both. Time Zone Converter (http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html) might be useful here. If you cannot find a time when you are both are online, please contact Warmasters (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=293,3167) Kael Hate or ddevans96 immediately. If the match doesn't happen, you both lose by default, unless one of you is clearly more active and/or more flexible. Duels are "best-of-three", you must use the deck and mark built during the previous phase, and you cannot make any changes to your deck or mark during the round. Please make sure you record your duels correctly. Notes:

I thought fire subbed in round 14, which means their vault should be 55, not 61. With the event card, it won't matter because fire will still survive after this round if Higs were to win.

I gave Fire the full salvage for Napalm being in chat before the match, despite her connection. They had 58 cards because I believed I had given them half salvage, but Team Fire showed me otherwise.

This was just complete fail on my part.

based on the last match aether had, I think they will use fractix...
funnily enough, I don't think fire has the cards for fractix, even with the event card, to build fractix

so.. fractix vs. whatever fire has got, it will be fun seeing fractix used against nap...
