	WAR #3 - ROUND 1 News: It's time to start the War! Before you start, please read War Rules (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,13006.0.html) one more time. Some details might have changed since you last read them, and "I didn't know" won't be accepted as an excuse. If you have a question that the rules don't give an answer to, please post it on this topic. Deckbuilding phase lasts for 4 days after which we will move on to Duel phase which will last 3 days. Good luck and have fun everyone!
Event Card: Sacrificial Altar: Any number of times, during Deckbuilding, discard a card: Allow a player to use 3 extra upgraded cards. - Multiple Players may use the effect, but the cards gained from each discard may not be discard may not be dispersed. - Cards discarded must be noted during deckbuilding but are removed during the discard/salvage step. - Cards removed do not reduce the number of duels you must play this turn. - You may discard cards without using the benefit Example. You have the option of discarding a card to upgrade any 3 cards in any of your players decks. So say your vault started with 500 cards. If you discard 10 of those cards you would be able to up 30 cards which can be dispersed (in 3's) to any of your players. - Your vault would now have 10 less cards you can use in decks - You could hypothetically have 1 player have 30 upped cards in his deck (as long as it's not a general or lieutenant, if so they would be able to have a deck with 36 or 33 upped cards).	Deckbuilding: Duel phase has started Teams have to build decks for all players who are fighting during this round. Decks are to be posted on the secret team section. Team Deckbuilder starts the topic, and all team members participate in the planning. Please do not post your decks in public or talk about them in chat. All decks must be made ready before the timer goes to zero, after which editing deck post is strictly forbidden. Failure to have all the decks ready will lead to a severe card penalty, and/or automatic losses. It is highly recommended that all team members double-check their decks before the duels start. Duels: Round has ended Duel phase starts when deckbuilding ends. PM your opponent and try to find a time that suits you both. Time Zone Converter (http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html) might be useful here. If you cannot find a time when you are both are online, please contact Warmaster's (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=293,3167) Kael Hate or ddevans96. immediately. If the match doesn't happen, you both lose by default, unless one of you is clearly more active and/or more flexible. Duels are "best-of-three", you must use the deck and mark built during the previous phase, and you cannot make any changes to your deck or mark during the round. Notes: Due to forum issues, for this round only there will be a 1 day extention to duels and free subbing. Due to a replacement change of Team Light's General, the pairings have been slightly modified. - Coinich has taken Ryan666's seed and will fight as the General. - Valuka Team Light's replacement will take Coinich's original seed and play as a non-ranked player. Absolutely no lieutenant or masters to fight. Although the event card makes it somewhat of a null point, it would still cause the teams their fighting to ditch extra cards.
