Unfortunately there is going to be a bit of a delay on finalizing the Archive topic for War 3 mainly because I am unable to access my laptop at this time which is where I had already calculated the winners and prepared the modifications to the topic; so much for trying to be productive. As soon as I am able to gain access to my laptop again I will update everything appropriately. However, the voting topic will start immediately as planned. Many apologies for this unexpected delay.
