On the other hand, I can't find that post now and it looks like I can remove my post in the original betting thread too! So, I'm not really sure about this...

Shouldn't a locked thread disable post removal as well?

Technically every other bets except the 66 eliminated which I already put in my post on the 1st page. A total of 70 bets to be exact.

Since there are only 2 teams left, I feel this is the time to list the potential winners. Due to the fact that the remaining bets have neither aether nor fire as their second place, this will be based on the below rules:

In case of a draw, we will look at all the 13 element icons and count overall score (one point per correct placing).

Without further ado, here is the list of the potential winners. Numbers in brackets represent the number of correct placings.

This will lead us to next set of rules:

If that is tied as well, then we will have a best-of-three PvP match to settle the winner.

Earlier post updated. There's one small mistake in counting the correct bets' placements. Sorry, YCH and Leo...

Summary: if Fire wins, deuce will win the bet. If Aether wins, there should be a match between Higs, UTAlan and potatoofdark to decide the winner (though I'm not sure how it should be done).

I haven't checked it myself, but unless those 3 users all have two first two positions correct and all other positions wrong, then the numbers need some fixing. As it says in the rules, if case of a draw, we will look at all positions regardless of whether or not previous ones were false.

I've checked myself, there is not a single person with or as the first two in their bets. So does this mean that once again, EVERYONE is eligible, and a list has to be compiled counting up the total number of correct placements for each person? Or are only the people that have bet first place correct eligible? Based on just the wording, I'm not entirely sure.

The reason I ask is because suxerz list seems to only include people that have bet 1st place correct. MY interpretation of the rules is that this list needs to be expanded and include EVERYBODY, which would be a bit of a job, lol.

Hmm.. that's what I actually did. The situation is the remaining bets do not have fire or aether as the 2nd place - i.e. no one will get 2 consecutive correct positions.

Yes, the biggest reason I'm asking is because I notice that DSSCRA has 3 bets correct. , , and . But he does not have or as either first OR second. So regardless of who wins, he has 3 correct bets. Does his (and likely others) bets count, even though they failed to correctly place first place, or is it limited to only those correctly guessing the winner?
