Yeah, that might be true if can get to 2nd place. Because if not, currently UTAlan has the same chance as him with scoring 2 correct placings each. Nevertheless, war is still going on and anything can happen.

As it says in the rules on the betting topic:

Rules:
- This betting is 100% free, and anyone with a forum account can join
- Post a list of all 13 element icons (underworld included) in the order you think will be the final result of War, starting from the 1st place on the left, and the 13th place on the right
- if you want, you can also explain why you bet the way you did
- One bet per person
- You are allowed to change your bet as many times as you like, but remember to edit the old post instead of posting a new one. Anyone posting more than once, will have all bets removed!
- Make sure you have all 13 icons. If you have less (or more) than that, your bet is invalid.
- This topic will be locked before Round 1 duels start, at which point it will be too late to make any bets or modify existing ones.
