Earth has failed out, but not before claiming the 3rd highest mark in the class. (3rd place)
WMs are only slightly less slow at fixing and updating stuffs......we will get better, but for the meantime please forgive us!
Deckbuilding
Duel phase has started
Deadline: 14th April GMT 0:00
Teams have to build decks for all players who are fighting during this round. All team members participate in the planning. Please do not post your decks in public or talk about them in chat.
All decks must be made ready before the timer goes to zero, after which, editing decks is strictly forbidden. Failure to have all of the decks ready will lead to a severe card penalty and/or automatic losses. It is highly recommended that all team members double-check their decks before the duels start.

Duel phase starts when deckbuilding ends.
PM your opponent and try to find a suitable time.

. If the match does not happen, you both lose by default unless one of you is clearly more active and flexible.
Duels are "best-of-five", you must use the deck and mark built during the previous phase, and you cannot make any changes to your deck or mark during the round.

Super Event Card
Exam Month.
You only have time to study for 1 exam and will barely pass the others.
All decks have these the Negative effects on them. Each deck may only have 1 effect changed from a negative into a positive.
All Positive effects must be used at least once before any repeating usage.
Please post in your secret section Event card topic before deckbuilding deadline.

Event Card
Each teams makes a list of unique cards numbered 1 to 10.
This list must be of cards that have at least one or more copies in the vault after all discards/salvage/trasmutes occur.
At the end of deckbuilding deadline;
WMs will roll a 1d10 for each deck based on the teams number list.
1 copy of the rolled card must be added to the deck unupgraded.
If this would cause more than 6 copies of a card in a deck, the WMs will reroll for the deck.
If a reroll for the same deck happens more than 3 times, WMs will reduce the dice roll to only cards that would not cause more than 6 copies.

@JCJ: math and i discussed this before we made the post. Math was ambivalent about the decision, so i made the decision to allow 29 card decks, and the extra card puts in the 30th.

really dont like that the cards are randomly added after deckbuilding, basically its pure rng (makes it unnecessarily risky to pick offelement cards on top of other things).
what if a card that we only have 1 extra of in vault gets rolled twice?
