Losing 2 games R1 puts you in a worse shape and you’re more likely to perform worse in latter rounds.

He said losing 2 games, not 4! Only 2 losses are demotivational.

When having event cards like the ones in round 7 and round 5, for the love of zanzarino, PLEASE have the timers be the same as deckbuilding.  In both of these rounds, Team Earth was planning to do a strategy session on Saturday (the only day possible due to timezones) and the event cards had already expired by then, even though deckbuilding wasn't over.

The other problem was that because of the timezones and knowing any question I send to the team outside a team meeting in a chatroom will take a minimum of 2 days to do one back and forth Q&A, I didn't even look at the round until this morning when we'd actually have time to do it, and it's already expired.  Sure, maybe I shouldn't have been drafted to a team that lives on the other side of the planet from me, but surely I cannot be the only person left playing Elements in North America.  (or maybe I am, given the tourney schedule the last several months :p)  It's just really frustrating to sit down to start the round and find out it's already half over.

Then we should get sufficient time for the event card :p  If someone had set a match against Earth we wouldn't even have a deck up because we wouldn't have known about it.

um what? you cant choose who your match is....all the teams that wanted to play additional matches got matches randomised

Well if we'd gotten a match we would have no deck against it because for us the round started this morning.  It's just a really poorly designed event card.

What www3 means to say is they were randomized against other teams that also wanted to participate in the event, meaning you couldnt participate /at all/ if you didnt select to be in the EC
