No. You can have sideboard as normal role and use 5 sg relics to have a total of 6 sideboards for a 48 card starting deck

the EC timer should really be in bold, the same size as the normal timer

Also still confused whether we can use a boost for this rounds EC (I mean probably, otherwise it would be strictly worse than the SG-Relic as you could just use salvager role with sgrelic match)

You can use a boost on the ec match.
