while voting i assumed that changing decks if necessary would be just as urgent as prepping the deck, but since you have to have the deck ready and possibly discuss transmutations etc. it turns out that the early phase of db is a lot more cramped, if you need 1 deck set that you know you wont miss elsewhere. ( alot of db phase is switching decks around between teams, since you simply cant bring as many copies of the deck as you would like)
I would like to take back my vote and say that ec deadline should have stayed the same, I just didnt realize how much work goes into it if you actually try to use it (since its probably aimed at the toughest opponent). Ofc it would still be a close minority, but I gotta agree with the above posts that stated that 2 days are just to tight (so is 1 day to react, maybe it would have helped if the ec was announced early or db was longer for once). Alternately, it could just be to restrict the cards and not lock the deck in, that decision is easier to make (or have an earlier deadline for restrictions, lock the deck in on a seperate deadline reflected by the cards text).
