WAR #11 Round 1 12 armies arrive at the glorious battlefield, each with their weapons drawn and their shields up ready for a battle. Each army is led by a daring General and a multitude of loyal troops, each ready to lay their life on the line for what they fight for. 12 armies will enter the battlefield, but only 1 will leave at the end. Deckbuilding Duel phase has started Teams have to build decks for all players who are fighting during this round. All team members participate in the planning. Please do not post your decks in public or talk about them in chat. All decks must be made ready before the timer goes to zero, after which, editing decks is strictly forbidden. Failure to have all of the decks ready will lead to a severe card penalty and/or automatic losses. It is highly recommended that all team members double-check their decks before the duels start.	Duels Fighting ends! Duel phase starts when deckbuilding ends. PM your opponent and try to find a suitable time. Time Zone Converter might be useful here. If you cannot find a time when you both are online, please contact Warmasters--Zawadx and Jenkar--immediately. If the match does not happen, you both lose by default unless one of you is clearly more active and flexible. Duels are "best-of-five", you must use the deck and mark built during the previous phase, and you cannot make any changes to your deck or mark during the round. Super Event Card Within the first 24 hours of the round, a team may declare up to two cards which they wish to ban. Their opponents won't be able to use these cards against them this round. (Extended to first 36 hours for round 1) Declare cards in a thread in your secret section, titled "R1-3 Super EC". You may ban a card only once over the course of the three rounds for which the event card stands. You may not ban two cards of the same element in one round. You may only ban cards that are in the vault/market. So banning pillars/pends, marks, Holy Cows, computers etc. is not allowed. Time to post bans: No time left! Event Card NOTE: Forgoing bans is voluntary, and up to the team. If you forego the bans, you may not ban any card due to the Super Event Card this round. Every member of the team is granted these two extra upgrades. The upgrades are not fixed, and may change between duels. i.e. Before each duel, you load up the deck from vault tool and may replace any two unupgraded cards with their upgraded version. The deck used for each duel must be noted in the match result thread. war woar woah! there was no warning there would be an event card that requires (nearly) immediate action. I understand that the choice has to be made public quite soon to not delay deckbuilding to much (and it may be preferable to ignore it given the other EC), but I stilll feel like this is a big decision for a single day deadline.
Super EC: bans are global for all opponents of the team or can we choose for each? 
This rounds event card is only useable if the team fails to make use of super ec (confirmed in chat), extra upgrades reset after each game (so you dont pile up 10 ups from ec alone but always get 2) (also confirmed in chat).

Death is facing three generals. Quoting this from war rules. "Opponents will be determined randomly by Warmasters, with the constraints that, if possible, no team will play another team more than once within a given round and no team will face more than two generals in a given round."

Wording of the Global EC means you ban 2 cards in total, i.e. if you ban photon and spark, none of your opponents can use those cards. I think it's pretty obvious.

I fixed it for life, didn't notice for death. Fixed. The opponents for kaempfer and theonlyrealbeef have been switched (at random from all alternatives) to accomodate this change.

Time extended by 12 hours for this round only.

Rules for Super EC have also been updated to state: "You may only ban cards that are in the vault/market. So banning pillars/pends, marks, Holy Cows, computers etc. is not allowed."
