For the record, I'm on the fence. If there's a big uproar I don't mind not paying 22 cards just to have a full team

 Having a full team of 4 distributes the workload each round more evenly, and helps make the event more fun for all. I have no complaint with the sub actually subbing in, but more with the transparency leading up to the announcement. I thought there would have been some mention for all teams/gens that X players had applied as subs since they were being pm'd to the WMs instead of publicly posted to the auction board like it stated in the rules.

My reasoning for not publicly posting was that full teams didn't need to know who was available for subbing and that it might warp the subjective discussion of the issue (which was taking place in the section literally no one has access to >.<). But as you guys wish, in the future knowledge of these subs will be made public. If treatment of team members is affected by this information, however, strict action will be taken.

It's not only going against the rules, it's making backroom deals with specific teams.

Is there any chance the intended people can get access to that secret section so we can comment/discuss what was intended? I think that will clear up a large amount of the confusion that has occured.

I think the possible teams were selected upon generals who reported missing team member and wanted a substitude. I am guessing this is why the process was handled between WMs and those generals only.

WM's have moderator power over the membergroup "War General" so they can add people to that group. That's providing they haven't lost the access to that function in some dumb update. They're both set on my end though.

I was led to believe that that function had been stripped from WMs, from what previous WMs said. And so I didn't search hard for that function. Found it now, added people to War General group. Any chance of getting access to the War Team groups so that I don't have to continue to pester admins for any team changes?

Oh yeah, it was supposed to be updated long ago but it wasn't. I added you two yesterday, to clarify. This wasn't a WM fuckup, it was an Admin fuckup.

I'll add you to the team groups too. This is just one of many things that takes a while to do every War, so we either need to make a checklist or find a more efficient solution x)
