Just clarifying the EC.

The WMs will roll 1d10s in chat for the percentages used;
1-5 = no change,
6-9 = 1:1 trans,
10 = no salvage.

no, wms is not equal to rules. WMs have allowed rules to be broken. Kinda surprised higu hasnt said much on it.

Even WM's are people that need a bit of time to notice and consider an issue. This was resolved in 24 hours

Only one roll per deck. All rolls will be done simultaneously.

1) Hmm.. well, so people whine about Serprex's girlfriend... 20 card penalty.  (I notice nobody penalized us for my cat, at least, so we've got that going for us)

2) People whine about Light strategizing transmutation... decision reversed.

3) I had no idea that the other 11 teams were so scared of team Light that they had to go and make these backroom deals to try and avoid us; they're far more so-called 'backroom' than anything Light's done.

4) Team Light hasn't done anything wrong, and to say otherwise is a misunderstanding.

1) There were like 2-3 people at most that actually complained about the serprex situation. I suggest you take a better look at the facts before accusing everyone.

2) People do not "whine". People want rules to be rules for everyone. That decision broke the rules, therefore it was reversed. It has nothing to do with team , but with the ruling itself.

3) There were no backroom deals. Just because most people have the same opinion on this matter doesn't mean they talked about it beforehand. Again, accusations with no evidence or support. There's also no "avoiding" team . You now have one more match, so more people play against your team, that's exactly the opposite of avoiding.

4) Just because the WMs allowed it, doesn't mean it's not wrong. There's no misunderstanding here.

Anyway, thank you Physsion and mathman for solving this issue and keeping things fair for everyone

War is a big event and it's to run it smoothly. I think we the last 3 wars has been spoiled with good Wm's. In war there's usually always delays, rounds being posted late, people not finishing matches, etc etc. I think to many people point out their misstakes and forget to mention the things they do well. So far I think you've done a good job wm's even if you've done a few misstakes. Also thank you for correcting this rounds misstake.

I'm glad to see the decision reversed.

For the record: I don't have anything against team Light (or Death in the Mark case) specifically: I don't even mind less penalties and what not (at least not enough to make drama out of it). Except when we're not getting the same treatment. The entire situation was shady and I didn't have time to dig up all the dirty details yesterday: nor should anyone have to.

Anyway, time to have fun squeezing a fifth deck out of our vault.

@dragons: I'm sure you realize that allowing strategic transmutations for one means allowing them for all, causing one big mess. It's been disallowed for several wars for that very reason. If you feel this is not stated clearly enough in the rules, drop a comment on the feedback thread.

To add to things:

Consider the decision stayed. Then another team could've said "hey we want to trasmute, too" getting 1 match less and thus causing matches to be changed.
Now assume that after every team decision another team makes a decision, up to duel phase start.
