Personally, I think it's not smart to make a 24+ bid without asking me if I'll accept a buyout it in the first place. MrBlonde posted his bid while I was asleep, so even if I'd have loved to be on Team Death; wouldn't have worked.
Honestly i didn't expect you to take a buyout. I also didn't expect to get you and if i did i would have been pleased to have you on team death. I just figured with how the flow of the bidding was going it would have gotten to 24 anyways. I just sped up the process.

I was 70-80% certain though i would not get you (i have bids to burn as well).

It's sad how this isn't too unlikely.

you know what, you actually made a tactful play; gravity had to pay a whole 26 cards and you lost nothing

Well, he lost 1 bid. (You may only bid on a total of 21 players.) Although that's not much compared to 26 cards, so yes, he did make a tactful play. Of course, GG says it's worth the risk, and the war hasn't started yet, so we don't know yet how wise of a move this was. For all we know vrt could be worth 30+ cards. We shall see.If this post provokes a bid, I deserve a cookie.

If it was just a strategic move, then he took a huge risk - 24 seemed unlikely to be topped.

Are you implying that you're not worth 24 cards?
