Now, I can understand differences in taste, and subtle choosing of your favourite element.
But tell me, did the 12 people who voted for Aether really think that their propaganda page was the best?
The same goes with darkness, and the 14 people who voted that?

Meh. It's popularity vote, and should be expected. Probably why Light is doing averagely badly even though their propaganga is better than others.

Unbiased Judges , awarding points for banner, speech, music selection & extras, layout.
Average of all points given, excluding top and bottom scores in the average. Any outstanding scores must be justified well, to remove any cheating.

Simple math shows that on average people are only voting for 1.6 elements ... so if some people voted for 3 then that means that most players only voted for 1 element. Talk about a kiddie popularity contest.

Might I point out that team members are in no way obligated to vote for their own propaganda page? If they feel three other teams had better pages, they could just as easily vote for those three teams, instead of their own. Sure, they risk not getting the 1st/2nd place bonuses, but if three other teams were better than theirs, then chances are that they wouldn't have gotten it anyway.
