Please go to your secret area and move all the Vault information to this new Vault spreadsheet. Just punch in the card numbers and the spreadsheets counts the totals.
This should make Vault management much easier.

Do we need to keep a record of, i.e., not delete, our old vaults? Or will you/warmaster be keeping track?
-
Ouch seems like I miscounted and had an extra 10 cards in my vault but I've deleted some now. Hope it's alright now it's fixed.

Just move the data from the old Vault to this new one after which the old one can be deleted.

Yep, this miscounting thing is the reason why we should have had a spreadsheet Vault from the start.

miniwally better not delete cards that were actually used in the first round (enough to make it an invalid vault with respect to the cards used in the first round).
Anyways, I'm just asking because without keeping track people could just accidentally or on purpose change/add cards to their vault.

Nah cause I already deleted the lost decks and my edits were basically some won cards and other random cards we had.

That spreadsheet has a revision history so anyone can see what changes have been made to it and when. That makes cheating basically impossible.
