Oh boy, if only this was true. The not-so-intelligent people (Home Sapiens Dumbarse) make poor choices and breed at an earlier age, producing more offspring that will probably also be not-so-intelligent. This leads to a vicious cycle of not-so-intelligent people reproducing at an exponential rate, gradually outnumbering the more intelligent human beings.

Not to mention that health care has become very advanced - natural selection no longer apply to humans.
