We will have a thread like this for each round (Round 1 - Decks, Round 2 - Decks, etc.). The first post must show all the decks your team will be using during that round. Decks provided in the template are just placeholders. Use this thread for deck strategy discussion.

Very good question.

Yes you can.

Both of these threads can be tweaked as much as you want. Only after the timer goes to zero (hasn't even started yet), are they "locked" and you cannot make any more changes.

It's definitely a good idea to just take something at first almost by random and then just slowly fine-tune it.

Well the problem is that there will be multiple Wars, and having 200+ threads each time makes archiving them all much more difficult and time consuming. I see no reason to start a new thread for every single new deck idea, after all there's only 4 people talking in those threads.

You should merge all those threads into one.

Yes, this is exactly how it's going to be. You only build the Vault now. Decks will be built after you know your opponent.

Well you all have moderator rights so you can do it yourself. However it's not a good idea to just delete threads because they might prove to be valuable information in the future and there's no need to get rid of them.

I suggest you simply merge them all. That's one of the moderator commands and is really easy to use.
