ETA - okay did the math and actually the least amount of average number of cards each team will have at the start of round 5 will be 354.25 barring penalties. So actually you guys are in a bit of a hole. If you guys/gals weren't limited to max 3 copies of cards the decks you all could make would be pretty sick.
How did you do this math because mine is different?
I might have made an error but here's what I got:
The average starting Vault size (assuming all Propaganda Topics are legit) is
446 cards.
A team that wins 5 and loses 4 duels during each of the first 4 rounds, will have a total of
306 cards in their Vault.
A team that wins 4 and loses 5 duels during each of the first 4 rounds, will have a total of
242 cards in their Vault.
Looking at those numbers, Team Underworld is basically a team that had a slightly below average performance (16 wins, 20 losses) during the first 4 rounds.
But there is more to this story. Here are the advantages Team Underworld has:
- other teams take penalties (especially the "no salvaging penalty for substituting), making the above numbers even smaller
- Team Underworld starts with a "fresh" Vault of 240 cards, as opposed to slightly "broken" Vaults of its opponents
- Team Underworld has a 4 rounds worth of intelligence on what cards the other teams have
before they built their own Vault
- Team Underworld knows for a fact that at least 50% of the cards used by their opponents come from a specific element, while they themselves can use whatever cards they want
Their biggest disadvantage by far is the fact that they have to use 30 cards decks during their first round. I don't think they have any other major disadvantages which is why I think 240 is a good number. I'd rather give them too few cards than too many. After all, they are supposed to be the underdogs here, only able to win with tons of skill and tons of luck.
Feel free to point out if my numbers are false.

Lemme help
ffff, crappy borders.
blank mark by Bloodshadow.
Good luck underworld, you better be ready :b
We are actually going to have an art competition about this Team Underworld icon. I was supposed to start it last night but I couldn't find the blank mark graphics by Bloodshadow. If someone has the link, please give it to me so I don't have to go dig deeper. Thanks.
You should submit your suggestion to that competition, asymmetry. The community will vote for the winner, which will then be made the official Team Underworld icon that will be used in the event.
