I was about to start a "I want Generals to have mod rights in their secret sections!" with multiple reasons why it is a good idea.

So if we want for example both Deckbuilder and General to be able to change the first post of the Decks thread, then the Deckbuilder has to start it, and General can edit it with his mod powers.

If we want both General, Lieutenant, and Deckbuilder to change it... then we're out of luck :P

No, he only has view rights for Darkness. However, he DOES have mod rights for all of the sections. He just doesn't have permission to all of them.
