Time left to build vaults: Time's up!
The "VAULT" topic in your team's secret section contains a link to the Google doc you'll use to build your starting vault. You have until the above timer expires to do so.
Please note:
-The initial number of cards (300 - number spent in auction) will be entered in the Google doc by Warmasters shortly.
-This number will not include cards from propaganda.
-The Propaganda submission deadline is one day before the above timer expires. Teams who have completed propaganda should add cards to vaults after a Warmaster okays the submission and before the above timer expires (ie it's part of initial vaultbuilding).
-The bonus cards for the team with the best propaganda submissions will be added during the sdcpa phase between rounds one and two of War.
-Cards awarded for Propaganda completion and community vote bonus cards are subject to initial vaultbuilding rules. (ie no more than 18 in-element and 6 out-of-element cards allowed in the initial vault, Propaganda completion, and Propaganda community vote bonus combined.)
