The "VAULT" topic in your team's secret section contains a link to the google doc you'll use to build your starting vault.  You have until the above timer expires to do so.

Please note:

The initial number of cards has been entered in the google doc and accounts for cards your General spent at auction.This number

does not include cards from propaganda.The 12 cards for completing the propaganda can be added as soon as the soon as a Warmaster okays the submission.The 6 or 12 bonus cards for the team with the best propaganda submission need to be added during the six-hour window after the propaganda vote ends but before the timer above expires.[/li

I just added 12 to each team's starting number of cards.  Keep filling up those vaults!

Please note that cards given for Propaganda completion and bonus are considered to be part of your starting vault.  After they're added the vault must still be at least 50% in-element, and Propaganda cards can't be used to exceed individual card maximums.

Edit: Now is a good time to verify that the starting number of cards in your vault a) is correct, and b) matches the Standings thread (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,31686.0.html).

I just want to stress one last time that waiting to complete your vault until the last possible second is about the worst idea possible.  The google doc is necessarily complex and therefore slow.  Through the magic of computers a snapshot of your vault will be automatically taken at the deadline.  If your vault is incomplete at that point or any edits are made subsequently, penalties will be incurred.

Generals, please make sure your team isn't penalized before War even begins.  Get your vault done early.
