Do we have anyone in charge of double checking all bids to make sure they are legal?

Would be nice to have someone since it gets confusing with the minimum bid getting raised.

I am sure masters are self regulating each other but we should have a final look over to make sure everything is following the rules.

Obviously I am not a tournament organiser so I am not official, but I am trying to double check which bids are legal as I update the Standings thread.

When the timer runs out, officials check to see if there was a bid within that time period (24 hours).  If there was, then another overtime period of 24 hours is started.  Overtimes keep happening until there is a 24-hour period where no generals have bid.  Each overtime the minimum bid or raise increases by 1 card.
