That example is weak because the amount of cards is pretty much the same. This system is only useful in situations like this:

As you can see, now it makes much more sense because we can clearly see what elements the player likes to play, and which upped cards he has. Remember, some Event Cards might give you the ability to use upped cards.

Between my three accounts I can build a deck including any element ( in progress), but I can't make a deck with any element on only one account. So, should I include details from all my accounts, or just the most flexible one (Drama_Killer)? One other option would be to simply combine the (card) stats from all three accounts, but that might make things less clear/more confusing (for example, I can't make a FFQ/rustler  deck with a druidic staff in Drama_killer because I don't have one there, but combining the stats would make it appear that I could).

Tentatively, I would think since they are all 3 your accounts you could advertise yourself as you have shown since that would give you the most flexibility.  But, I would recomend trying to concentrate on just one of those accounts to get that diveristy of unupped cards.  It might be diffictult for you if the deck your team settled on for you to play in a match required cards that you had distributed across accounts but not all on 1 single account.

Say they needed you to play a deck with 15 , 5 , 5 , and 5 ; this would be difficult to pull off if all your cards are on one account and all your cards are on another and the and cards were on yet a third.

So yes you can do that, but it might make it less likely for a master to bid on you, IMO.

Might I point out that I could simply grind AI3/5 or T50 and buy any needed common cards from the bazaar? (at least, as long as I'm notified of the deck long enough before my match)
On a related note (since I don't recall seeing it mentioned), should we update the table upon getting new cards (or simply every 24 hours)? For example, if I win 2 squids and 3 miracles, should I update the table to reflect that? If it was addressed, point me to the post ^^'

It's not just that you need the cards to play your match, but you need lots of cards to be able to do the necessary testing during your deck-building stage.  You'll probably need to test a number of different decks before your team settles on the one they think is best.  Plus, you want to spend your time testing and practicing your deck, not grinding to get the money you need to buy the cards.  I'd recommend working on collecting as many cards as you can before War even starts.

Doh!  This is true too.  But you can't test with a teammate since you can't do PvP with the trainer.
