Our vault is 240, so that is a huge disadvantage.  If we go 3-5, one person cannot play in the next round.

dont forget in round 5 half the teams will have less than that, and also most of our vaults will already be screwed up by discarding and salvaging and all that
+its a lot harder to counter your decks because you have a lot more elements and variety of play styles to choose from so you guys wont lose as many games, and that makes a huge difference in round 5 when one loss=1 deck

Your math is wrong. 5 losses = -150 cards, 3 wins = +18 cards for a net loss of = -132 cards. Which would leave you with 108 cards so only 3 players could play. So don't go 3-5. 

Also i would expect to see a lot of stall decks vs you in your first round since we know you can only go 30 card decks.

i would agree. if you face all stall decks then that means you might go first round maybe 7-1 and an instant elimination for team underworld with a little more than 30 cards and all random after discarding.

Isn't the next round a 24 card discard round? 5 losses should be -120, so a total loss of -102 (138 remaining, for 4 players, at least )
