So, I've been thinking of getting myself a drawing tablet.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Preferably cheap and, obviously, easy to use.

Wacom Intuos or Wacom Graphire. Don't be too tempted by the Bamboo series unless you're on an extremely tight budget.

So considering I could buy any sized Intuos, would you say bigger is better, or is size sometimes overkill?

Whatever you can comfortably reach it. Put down a piece of paper where you'd have your tablet and reach around with a pen, see if you can get to all corners without too much strain.

Really, when it comes to quality, nothing matches Wacom, no matter what their advertisements may say. And they're durable too - pepokish' tablet has chipped a piece of the glass cover, has a cord ripped apart by a puppy and the tablet pen button chewed on by a parrot, and it still works.

Wacom Intuos or any wacom tablets they are very good

I havent tried thier tablets, but everything I have ever gotten from monoprice has not only been an amazing price, but also amazing quality. I would suggest at least trying out one of these, and if you dont like it, all them back, and you can return it, no questions asked, no restocking fees, and they pay the shipping back.

Think of price and quality as a scale of 1-10. 1:1 would be quality equal to the price.  5:1 would be price much more expensive than the quality, and 1:5 vice versa.

As a general rule, cords are a 1:9, and other products on their site are a 4:7. You dont get high end products, but the price you would pay for a budget one, you get a much better deal. This is an endorsement of the site, which i remembered having graphic tablets, as mentioned before, Ive never  bought their graphical tablets, nor do I know anything about them, btu the site, as a rule, sells good prducts.
