Digital Editing???

Hello everyone. I'm finally making smooth progress with my elements based novel The People of Time.

I'm planning to draw one illustration per chapter, anime/manga style like those of Sword Art Online. So far, I've made one for chapters 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7. These are just made with pencil. I don't know about this but is it possible to clean them digitally? As in manga scans cleaning? My roommate left and so I can't use his scanner anymore. I've been living off computer shops. Also, does anyone know how to remove a color mast? There's a huge blue mast over the rendition for Chapter 2 which I have to remove. I only know you have to use photoshop but not exactly what tool to use. Thanks.

If you use a program like GIMP on a computer, you can do amazing things with your drawings including cleaning it up. It's pretty much a free Photoshop. Also, I use a program on my Android called PicSay, and that is rather fun to detail images. I look forward to see what The People of Time brings.

I tried color match but some of the blue is still left on the sides. I have no idea what to do anymore
