i agree there need to be some modification to some of the decks but one thing that i'd consider a huge nerf is taking out Eagle's Eyes from Neptune.dec

At the very least I would remove 5 Emerald Towers, but given the flexibility I would like to add Pendulums and make a few other tweaks. Of course, adding Pendulums would unfairly affect Seism.

This way noone is hamstrung with a need to "stay true" to the FG despite the FG's obviously different play conditions. It also allows players a little leeway in deckbuilding which will help players feel less locked into a deck they would otherwise alter.

this has gone from "You are the FG!" tourney to "You are the best FG you can be!" tourney which takes away from the essence of this whole thing. at least thats how i feel about it. introducing elements that the original false gods dont have in their arsenal (such as the ability to use weapon) is different from adjusting quanta usage/generation by the addition of pendulum which some false god wannabes suffered (due to 3x mark bonus removal or lack thereof) and i think rastafla would agree with me heremajofa agrees with you here also

I didn't look through all the decks listed, but I noticed Seism in the opening post is missing the Silurian dragon. I know that was against the rules and just wanted to ensure the exception was intentional.
The opening post makes mention of brackets. Are brackets up somewhere?
Any problem with Hermes having six or so towers replaced with five pendulums? I don't have a final build yet with upgrades for Trials reasons, but I should soon.

This is taking everything too far, since it was first posted this have gone awry.
This is no longer about FGs and their decks. Its about who can modify their FG deck to be the best it can be for a player!
Its no longer about fun! Its about player egos who want to win with their "own" decks instead off making an as close as they can true FG vs FG tournament.

Neptune and Decay just a little.
Possibly DarkM with gravity pendulums and Scorpio with water pend for poison Seism with earth pendulums to produce more time for devonian. And only a few few.
Paradox is the only problem. I see no "good" change in him. Too many options and the he excel all his quanta types by special means.

For whoever takes Seism get Earth pendulums and swap the Pulvy for Eternity. Change towercount, get extra PA and more Granite skin. Overall its better. Make a sideboard for Pulvy and get gravity pendulums and mix and match as you will. After all its not about the FG, apparently its about winning.

That's a bit disappointing, morningstar, probably a hacker/someone you know guessed or hacked your account, but I'm pretty sure it's someone you know because or else they'd just reset your accountI think it's a bug. One screen i have infinite money. Next screen no cards and electrum roughly what my deck was worth. Ii've reported it but heard nothing back yet.

because even if it was still morningstar using all unupped, over the course of this event he might be able to upgrade some or all the cards so i dont think anyone will complaint about the difference

Round 1:
Early Eternity and several Time Towers put me into the advantage (as well as a Precognition to see what he had in his hand), as I denied his creatures while eating his octopi with Scarabs (Time Pendulums assisted with the quanta generation as well). He threw up a Permafrost which is tough to penetrate, but once two of my strongest Scarabs had Unstoppable placed on them (momentum), they burst threw the shield and was able to finish him off. His flooding was going to be a problem, but I tactically ate my own scarabs in the pools of water to keep the strongest two durable, while the other Pharaohs just kept spawning.
Round 2:
the dictator owned me when I recklessly used Rewind on a Dragon when I didn't need to (I already had Turtle shield up, so his biggest hitter was delayed). He also used Shockwave on several of my Pharaohs after freezing them with a unupgraded Freeze, and before I knew it, I was down.
Round 3:
After he ate dinner and I took a shower, we finished our final game (after several desyncs of course, damn our slow internet connection >_<). He had two Arctic Octopus out at first, while I busted out a Turtle Shield and some Pharaohs. When he threw out the dragon, I used the Rewind spell carefully on it, and once I had an Eternity at hand, I pretty much had control of the board. He killed both of my Momentum-afflicted Scarabs with Shockwave, but I pulled threw and managed to deny him of getting his hard-hitters on board.
Good games the dictator. :) I wonder why our internet was so messed up... :(
(Sidenote: I was worried that our matches were going to take -FOREVER-, since Permafrost Shield whoops Osiris easily.)
