Round 1
I don't remember exactly what happened, but I won with a good hand. I realized that LG simply had to take out a Glory then use miracle several times to beat me. However, I had Black Holes to prolong my life.

Round 2
Only one pendulum to start, which got exploded. No quanta = loss.

Round 3
I started with 4 towers and a pendulum, but no creatures. Thankfully, creatures came in as I drew cards. LG managed to animate a glory soon after, but I already had two armagios standing guard. He used a miracle, but didn't have another one to save him.


It seems that whenever someone writes (or brags (not saying that LG bragged about his 7-1 stats) ) about his/her accomplishments, the person gets jinxed and lose the next matches. I have no idea why. Same happened in my trials phase 3.

Round 1: exploded his pendulums so he couldn't grow his firemasters as much
Round 2: same as round 1 but I got out like 3 MGs

Round 1
Had an Elite Otyugh and my only Improved Blessing in the starting hand. However, somehow I was really scared to play it because I thought smokefree would use Firestorm and kill the Oty (Also the fact that Graviton has 3 Otys as well). I kept thinking like this even after I had two sturdy Archangels on the field... that can apparently heal any damage from Firestorm.

Eventually I took the Oty out and ate everything. Win.


Round 2
I started with a charger, but smoke's momentumed oty ate it. so I took out an armagio and gravity forced the oty to kill it. Then smoke pulled out his ultimate card: gravity shield. I was able to play two archangels afterwards, but obviously they couldn't go through the gravity shield.

Eventually I had a Charger and also momentumed my archangel, but lost by one turn.



Round 3
I freaked out so much when smoke took out a Titan on the second turn. He also took out an oty. I drew a blessing right on time and blessed my charger. Afterwards another charger and an archangel came out to rush him. He kept taking out creatures like chargers and otys, but I had all 5 gravity forces in the starting hand. Lucky.

Second game was close, but explosion destroyed his Dissipation Shield (when I had 10 HP and he got Discord) and allowed EE-s to finish the game.

Ahh... these three matches were the most exciting matches I've had for a very, very long time. Thank you kobi for such great matches.


Round 1
I started with a great hand and played lots of creatures and even two otys. Kobi didn't seem to have a good luck with the quanta the quantum towers provided and the game ended quickly. No black holes here.

Round 2
Even though my Titan was stolen in the second to last turn of Round 1, I was stupid enough to take out a Titan in second turn. Obviously it got stolen >_>
Some creatures came out but got owned by congeal, gravity pull, etc. I managed to play a black hole to heal and got him down to 10hp, but then he used a freaking miracle. I had another black hole in hand, but decided not to play as it was obviously that i lost.

Round 3
4 Towers, 1 pendulum and 2 black holes in the starting hand. I had a bit of a mental conflict as to whether i should play BH early and paralyze him, or play later as a massive healing. I got desperate though, and after three turns, I played one to suck up all the quanta. Then two chargers came out, which got destroyed by gravity pull, i think.

We kept damaging each other until i realized that i was about to lose by one turn. It was my turn when I had 25 hp, an archangel, a charger, and a frozen massive dragon. Kobi had 18 hp, two shriekers, and two 6|6 lycans. I gravity pulled a shrieker and hoped that he wouldn't play enough creatures to do more than 2 damage. He took out a graboid and i won by 1 hp

according to him, he was one life quantum short of playing a forest spectre and win.

something to add: i pm girlsgen "damn so close" on the 2nd last turn because i was at 15 HP and she got a charger, an archangel and a dragon (frozen), so if she didnt draw anything, i would've won next turn with 1 hp left
but she drew grav.pull and pulled one of my 2 shriekers (i had to unborrowed them or they wont deal enough damage to KO her in time), so at the end of her turn i was at 8 hp instead of 1 hp but 10 less damage on board
drew another graboid and had enough to cast it but not enough for the forest spectre that was in my hand all along (never had enough to cast it, thanks to BHs) and thats all she wrote

Round 1
Heroic Oty!!!
I expected an archangel to show up, and used oty to eat Physalia. Then it killed two puffer fish and a mind flayer via devour and gravity pull. It died from food poisoning from Physalia. Right after that turn, archangel came out -_-

Essence TUed that archangel and played two puffer fish + arsenic, but didn't really matter with my armagio and chargers.


Round 2
I used BH to suck up stuff from the start. A titan came out on the second turn, and at about turn 5, essence got earth quanta to use his poseidon. I was like 'wtf this makes no sense. scorpio using EQ?' it destroyed my three pendulums. However, it didn't really matter since i had precisely 6 light quanta to play an additional archangel and end the game.
