Match 1: A pure Fire Rush vs my deck. I was brutally owned.

Match 2: I was right in this. Graboids vs Wings. Even with an horrible hand, I won. (3 pillars out of first 13 cards) We agreed that I was surely going to win.

Match 3: Well. Won due to an horrible draw on his side. Almost no pillars. Which was the worst thing against my deck.

The dictator 1 - RavingRabbid 2

Well, first of all, I had completely forgotten I had joined this one, so it came as a surprise when RR asked me in chat.

So asked some time to build my decks, and after that we started fighting.

First Battle:
Code: [Select]
5f0 5f0 5f0 5f0 5f0 5f0 5f2 5f2 5f2 5f2 5f2 5f2 5f4 5f4 5f4 5f4 5f4 5f4 5f6 5f6 5f7 5f7 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg 7dg
I won this one, because I could deflag his fahrenheit, and that was the only offensive thing I saw. Other only stupid freezes freezing my dragons, but I had a fahrenheit in my starting hand, which helped a lot.

Second Battle:
Code: [Select]
58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58s 58s 590 590 590 590 590 590 592 592 593 593 593 593
This one was lost horribly, by the time I got my graboids out, he started chaining wings, and after the first was expired and he played the second and had 3 more in his hand, I granted him the win, because there was no way he could lose. Killing his pillars wouldn't help, due to his mark of air.

Third Battle:
Code: [Select]
5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i9 5i9 5ib 5ib 5ib 5id 5id 5ie 5ie 5ie 5ie 5jm 5jm 5jm 5jm 5jm 5on 5on 5on 5on 7n5 7n7 7n7
First battle was going really well for me, because RR had a really slow start, so I had got a dragon, a toadfish, a shield and a Eye out (last two got deflaged), and I had some shockwaves in my hand, meaning I could outdamage his pulvy and kill his creatures, but I timed out (according to RR)

Second try I got a horrible hand, with only 2 pendulums, which got EQ after the first turn. He got a very fast pulvy, and I managed to get only one toadfish out, but by that time I was down to 45 HP's, and he dropped 5 shriekers at once, killing me in one turn.

It were good games, however, luck was really deciding the games for us.
First battle RR had a bad start
Second I got owned by a perfect counter
and last battle was highly depending on our draws.

Yeah. I think I got the second round deck perfectly to counter yours.

Last battle was yours, if there was not the horrible timeout.

Special note: Due to a mathematical advantage currently given to the loser's bracket (in that there's one more round in the loser's bracket than the winner's), there is as of right now a 30-point penalty for being knocked into the loser's bracket.

Thanks, majofa!

essence, i think, they should lose some more points...
1. they have two additional rounds if they lose in first match
2. if they lose 2:1 in normal brackets, they get sth about 15 additional points...
3. and you are the only person, who skip the the first round, so you automaticly got 30 points?

IMO normal brackets would be better here
i dont even know, why do you use brackets with final, when only points count... sth is wrong about this event

edit: some examples:
someone won all normal brackets matches and he is in the final, he got ~120 points
someone lost his first game 2:1, and then he won all losers brackets he got 15-30+180=165points

u also have to include whether they get that many though.. u dont always get all the points. depends on how many upped cards ur facing against..
