We both started with a lot of Pillars.  I was able to slow him to almost a standstill with Baslisk's Bloods and my Ice Shield.  He drew a lot of Pillars, so that didn't help him too much.

Well, I lost to majofa due to some pretty bad luck.

The first game he came up with a perfect counter, because I couldn't kill his phoenixes, and he deflaged my owl's eye.

And the second game I got 9 of 11 pillars, but only 5 creatures in the first 15 cards, and his ice shield sealed the deal, after it froze 3 of 4 creatures on their first hit.
