Marks don't matter. The elements you have only decide what cards you can use. You'll have access to three elements each time you play and your deck can consist of no more than 2/3 of an element. This forces you to use at least two of the elements you have access to.

No, look at his post where he said he had no internet access. Now look around that post, you'll see the phone icon. It's where the folder should be.
