It will start whenever six teams are created and every team has an element and every player has an element.

If there is a demand, we could maybe make this event "official" and move it under PvP Events. This way there would be more exposure. Not that many people read Off-Topic.

Question about the rules. If I join the winning team and am first one on the list, My team might win without me doing anything at all, correct?

Ya that's right. I think it would be better to change it so that a random person from each team plays every round, with no person playing again until all teammates have played.

If this might be made official then I guess I'll start advertising it.
