Which Rare Weapon Should I Pick as a Reward?

This one really depends on what kind of a deck you are using.  Mono is fairly obvious, but with rainbow I would always choose eternity so you do not deck out.

I personally went with Fahrenheit to kick up a mono-red speed deck for grinding Level 3s and T50.  All the weapons are easily winnable these days so it's really no big deal which one you go with.

5x Lobotomizer (1 from 500 score quest)

This should show the general gist of the weapons in T50 recently. Some of these were won off AI3 and AI5 but I cant remember them.

Pulverizer and Eternity are the two signature False God Rainbow weapons. Lobotomizer is just a touch behind. It excels in Essence's AI5 Farmer, which can be useful, and also is key to a Fractal+Hope deck, which is a very strong contender to the False God Rainbow. Additionally, Lobotomizer is among the rarest of the rare weapons.

But the one at the top of my list would be Pulverizer.

Which in fact, summarises most of the reasons as to why I also most value these three in particular. I would like to add that Eternity becomes extremely useful late-game when its protection against decking out is needed.

Eternity, Lobotomizer ,Pulverizers,Titans are good choices. Owl´s Eye is cool, because you can let it fly without upgraded cards, and it does 3 damage to creatures.

Owl's Eye is my favorite weapon too, but I wouldn't pick it as your choice for the 500 points quest. Owl's Eye is the most common rare weapon in my opinion. I have 4 of those and an Eagle's Eye, which I sold because I need the money for an upgrade. I would choose a weapon that is both rare and useful, which is probably Eternity or Pulverizer. I wouldn't go for Titan because that isn't that rare.
