Druidic staff: Once upgraded becomes very efficient
^ Wut. Nobody uses staff for damage. You want efficiency in a mono life deck, use longsword. Most upped decks use unupped staff for combo with epi. Vampire stiletto and dagger are much more efficient at a ratio of 8 and 6. Jade staff upped has a ratio of 9/2, or 4.5.

You didn't mention trident was a rarer weapon, but now we have arena, so it isn't as hard to find.

Heh, that line was written before Adrenaline was out.  4 attack and 5 healing was pretty good compared to a pre buff Vampire Dagger.

Pick a weapon that will work well with your deck and playing stile. (if your deck is winning consistently. if not, i think a pulverizer is a safe bet.)

Thanks for this very good overview of the rare weapons and also to everybody that replied and gave additional information.
I'm still not really sure what I should chose, but at least now I have a better idea of the different options.
