Yea, I just tried this one once in PvP1. It certainly is one of the funnier decks I've played. Thanks for bumping this one to 1st page. I would have missed it otherwise, seeing how old the topic is,

Is the OTK guaranteed or does it derp often? im just wondering whether too many RTs or freezes might screw your win condition...
If this is a problem maybe drop the OTK and add an eclipse or two to chip away at hp during the stall?

The OTK is not guaranteed, but it's very very likely. If anything, it gets close enough that the poison will chip away the last bit, or you might even just deck them out.

Usually, if your hand doesn't get way too clogged while your fractal, 3 pandas is enough sometimes.
