Lots of fractal decks appearing at the moment (fractal looks ripe for nerfing),  Here's another one.  I haven't played it very long, but it seems to have a pretty high win ratio (including FGs).
I haven't put much effort into optimising it yet 'cos the 1st version i tried seems to win most times anyway.  Pretty fast too, so ok for farming.

strategy is pretty basic - get elite scarabs out, fractal them to make an army.  Improve and protect them with eph. and quint.  Eat anything in their way that they can.

The main downside is it really is a one-trick deck, so a little boring to play.  I probably won't stick with it for long for this reason.

Tweaked the deck to improve it.  Now I've cut it down to the bare bones, replaced quantum towers with time towers to speed the deck up.  Mark is gravity, so the scarabs can eat.
Not sure whether it's better to include eternity in the deck or not?  Most times i don't play it even when its been drawn as i prefer to spend valuable time quanta on scarabs.  it's occasionally useful to prevent decking out, but games hardly ever go that long.

PS sorry about creating a parallel discussion - i hadn't seen that there was already another discussion on scarab/fractal decks before I started this one.

i agree with the tweaked version, you dont need quantum pillars.
