Strategy:

The basic idea of the deck is to Reverse Time your opponents monsters and starve them of Quanta with Earthquake and Black Hole. The Devonian Dragons are there to beat down your helpless opponent. Eternity is there for more disruption and stoping you from decking out, and the Hourglasses speed up the deck. Since this deck has no Permanent control, I added 2 Momentums for Phase and Bone shields.

Strenghts:

This absolutely destroys rainbow decks. It's also very strong against anything that relies on summoning big creatures or powering up creatures.

Weaknesses:

Any deck that outspeeds your removal will have the upper hand. You also have a problem when they can get rid of your Momentum boosted Dragons and hide behind shields to set up. Decks with alot of permanent control also cause alot of problems.

Other points:

I feel the deck is a bit too fatty at the moment, but I couldn't really find cards to cut. It might need some work with the exact numbers of Pillars. I would also suggest adding more Eternitys, but I don't have any atm. The only upped cards are the Hourglasses, and you can still run this deck with them un-upped, but it helps alot.

What's your targets?
AI3/AI4/FG/Bronze/Silver/Gold/Plat/PVP2?

You have 3 upps, indicating for a target audience as a cheap Bronze/AI4 deck? Yet, it is indeed fat, which means you are relying heavily on the denial of the earthquake and blackholes to hold off long enough, but your quanta is almost all time...  So right now I figure this does best against AI3/Bronze, You're talking about killing rainbows, so I'm guessing for Bronze.

For Bronze, you could speed up the denial and control a lot of different ways, rethink how much denial you really need and it's sources?  You need because you could find a grabix deck much faster with almost the same amount of control,
