One should understand the name by looking at the deck.
Tut's Ghost

So, you should know what to do. Play mummies, rewind and have a Pharaoh. You could rewind enemy creatures. Nightmare Ghost or Pharaoh.
Don't worry about using Scarabs, but you could with a nova or two.
-1 nova and -1 mummy, +2 SoR works too.

UNUPPED

Is this possible unupped? Apparently, unupped ghost and mummy are the best attackers, so I've been wondering if you could make a duo rush focusing on them.

It is not that great unupped, but I updated the OP with an unupped deck.
Is this what you wanted?

The quanta is a little off, I could use help on that. You could replace the poisons w/ Reverse Time, and maybe change a couple pends to time pillars.

Why you would want a pharaoh when you have little :gravity quanta and/or no SoRs?
PVE shouldn't be all about copying a deck code and converting time into electrum, score, and potentially rares.
If the only way to derive fun from a game is its PVP content, then non-hardcore players a.k.a. the mass are alienated from the hardcore community.

By the time that happens you've probably nightmared a ghost and Pharaoh spams Scarabs. Much damage or so.
I didn't say you couldn't add an SoR or two.
-1 nova and -1 mummy, +2 SoR works too.
