I have been experimentation with Sanctuary on AI5, and here is the result when I tried Fire Buckler.

Pretty easy to use, just play the cards right from your hand. Quint Golems as damage, Rewind Photons if faced against a shield such as Gravity or Skull.

Having so many quantum pillars for only a small number of the elements is a waste, especially when you don't have to worry about discord.
I can't think of a good way to do this either though, so...

Yes, I know. You can't find a way to provide both aether and time and light without using quantum pillars...

I thought about it, and now I have an idea, although I'm not sure if it will work

+3 photon
+4 immolation
-3 fire pillar
+2 time pillar
+6 earth pendulum
+4 aether pendulum
-9 quantum pillar

I suppose the idea of this deck is to use a completely non-upgraded deck, so here are a few ideas for upgrades:

Find a way to work in Ray of Light for light generation and maybe Gnome Gemfinders for earth generation. Expensive, but good for this deck. Immolation will help get fire quanta up quick for the golems.
