Deck Helper comment:
This deck was posted before the 1.32 game update and as a result may work very differently now.  Use at your own risk.

I guess I'll show the deck first...

Basically, your goal here is to stall long enough to have at least 99 entropy quantum, which is the amount needed to play 9 dragons. NEVER PLAY YOUR NOVAS BEFOREHAND, OR IT AIN'T A SURPRISE! (That and a single black hole would then destroy you). Once you have 99 quantum or more, get rid of all the antimatters in your hand and then wait for 99 quantum again if need be. When you have it, wait longer if you don't have:
-Fractal
-At least 1 dragon
-At least 4 novas

When you do, play the dragon, novas, fractal, then more dragons and win. It may not be the BEST deck out there, but it's pretty dang fun when it works. One other option is to replace an antimatter or tower with a entropy nymph, but then it isn't as fun because you'll have another creature out, and you may need the quanta it uses.

why super novas and not simply make it a duo deck with aether so dim shields instead of antimatters and aether pillars instead of shard+supernova

I played this in T50.
TBH it failed miserably, I see it as very dependent on draw.
[Flattering Tone] But an AI couldn't possibly play this deck as the great {checks name} PuppyChow [/Flattering Tone]

This isn't a T50 deck. It's a fun PvP one-shot wonder.

Although I have played the "25|1 Dragon" deck in T50 to some success. :)

Yeah. The AI will fail with this deck. It will play novas right away, antimatter the wrong creatures (it takes some analyzing of your opponent's deck to decide whether to wait for a dragon and antimatter that or antimatter a 6 attack creature instead), and it will also play the dragons right away so it's easier to control them.

Don't judge a deck based on how the opponent plays it :) . So long as your opponent isn't using immortal creatures or a swarm deck, you can usually do the combo.

Because then it would be a different deck...?
a) Not as fun
b) It would lose to perm control, whereas this one loses to swarm decks/immortal creatures
c) Not as interesting
d) Rather... non-unique. You could do the same with any element. Aether towers + Dim shields + X Element towers  + 2 Dragon of X element.

I played this deck, and I got a lol-tastic win around turn 20 each time.

Mission accomplished.
