heres a nice deck i may not be the first one to build a version of this deck but I know it hasn't been posted when this deck works it can really tank your oppo whittling down a 100 hp opponent in 4 or 5 turns from the first steamy as for arena atm it is doing bad but that might be due to the meta will try again in a week or so and get stats and the unupps are there because that is what i have at this moment in time working on a different deck atm this one will be next on my list

Aside from that, I don't really get why the certain cards are upped. Is it just that they happen to be the ones that you have? Anyways, looks like a good concept to me, and it seems like it would work.

It does work quite well when you draw the cards and the reason there are some unupped cards is that is all i have at this moment in time i'm building a psiontosis atm so money is going into uppng that first then i shall proceed to up this deck

Looks similar to something I once made

But your idea with SoR's might work better.
Do you really need 5 SoR and 6 Steam Machines?
It seems faster to me to focus more on TU since it's enough to have one strong Machine.
Therefore I'd cut SoR down to 4 and Machines to 4/5 and add more PU.

Some interesting cards to see would be Rewind and Precogs but I guess that would strain a little too much?

Anyway, cool deck Nice to see someone else TU(n)ing those machines!

I think it would function better with a Mark of Aether and time pillars - 6 pillars to me seems like you'll only get 1 or 2, and for expensive cards like PU, a mark would help.

i will take onboard all that has been said but for now i'm working on a psiontosis then will come back to modding this deck and thanks for all the feedback and glad it has gained the appreciation of the community
