While playing around with SoFre+adrenaline, I tried to find what other airborne cards had the excellent 3 attack. My eye fell on unupped firefly. The idea of using fireflies combined with novas is very much inspired by The creation of life and my previous deck, Flying furballs.

Just like how the dusk of nerf fell upon the nova, it is a new beginning, and a new creation of life. Fireflies with adrenaline do a nice 12 damage with adrenaline (up to 20 with SoFre), can dodge, and produce the worth of 8 . That and novas is enough to support the SoFres. The two jade dragons are there because you'll have an influx of quanta later on. While the nova nerf does hurt it a bit, you can still easily set up the combo by turn two and laugh as your tiny little critters shred your opponent. Not as fast as flying furballs or some rush decks, but can occasionally get some pretty fast TTW. It's more of a fun deck that can still hold its own.

Dunno how that would work. Maybe I'll try that sometime.

No. You need an Epi out as quickly as possible. Having only 2 epis in the deck would cut down your and production down so much that you won't even have enough to get out the nymphs.

Or just add more dragons to increase deck damage. Precogs are ok too, as well as SoB.

Deck damage isn't that big of a deal. The main reason I have 6 leaf dragons in there is so that I can set up the combo easier and faster. This deck requires at least a three card combo to get it going, and some luck with the novas since quanta is very short in the beginning. Adrenalin'd fireflies do 12 damage, and adrenalin'd leaf dragons do 4. Each SoFr then either doubles or onepointsextuples the attack of the creatures. SoFr also provides some cover to the fragile fireflies. The jade dragons I put in there only because after the combo is set up, there will be a huge influx of quanta, and jade dragons are a nice sink (as well as benefiting nicely from SoFr).

I would replace a nova for a miracle. It can save your game more than once.

I somewhat agree with the above statement. A miracle would really help, but for some reasons, when playing with this I found myself not having much light quanta.
But usually I do sooooo... potentially.

Just noticed that this does sorta alright unupped as well. SoFre cost more and so does epi, but besides that, not much difference. Upping order would be SoFre->epi->jade dragon->leaf dragon. Can someone do some test with this unupped please?
