Basically what you have here is a Speed Poison without the 'speed'. Upped sundials will really screw with the mulligan here, and that sacrifices a lot of your speed. My suggestion would be switching to unupped and powering them with novae (this allows you to draw from them as well, which really increases your speed). The rest of your deck is also cheap, so youcould power it primarily by novae and add in some other cheap stuff (no idea what, though).
Also, for specifics: I'd recommend Skull Shield over ice Shield, mainly because it's cheaper. Instead, you can use the additional
for CC like Freeze/Ice Bolt. Add in another Arse if you can and remove the purify (as a foreveralone it doesn't help much).
