I have some ideas that you could try. Maybe switch out the water towers and Permafrost Shield with novas. Then you will have quantum for your sundials. You might also be able to pull off 3 shards of patience with your shards of bravery and maybe one less time tower. Other then that perhaps try one less SoB...one more sundials... etc.
