Surely not during your turn does it?
Sanc says your hand cannot be altered during your opponents turn. So it's fine to use it during your own turn

Yes, you can use shard of bravery on your turn if you have a sanctuary.  (and your opponent doesn't)  I don't think the deck has enough quanta, though; you only have 9 quanta sources.

This. Firestalls are kinda quanta tight with 6 pillars and 8 pendulums. It would be even worse with less of each.

The main win condition happens to be deckout, btw. I might update it later with a bit more quanta, until then, feel free to add burning towers as you find nessasary.

EDIT: I seems that a similar deck has been sitting around in my MS Word since Feburary. I might edit my deck based on it.

So, is this pvp 2? ai ... 2?  I put it up against ai3 and can't see it decking out there.  I believe the convention is to state in the deck name/title what the intended opponents are.
